Pumpkin Cheesecake Pie

INGREDIENTS:

1 Ready Crust Graham Cracker Pie Crust

12 OZ. Cream Cheese, Softened

1/2 Cup Sugar

1 1/2 TSP. Pumpkin Pie Spice

1 Cup 100% Pure Pumpkin Pie (canned)

2 Eggs

DIRECTIONS:

At medium speed, mix together 12 ounce softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup of sugar and 1 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice. Stir in 1 cup of 100% pure pumpkin and 2 eggs. Mix until well blended. Pour into the crust and bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Cool. Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
